What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 and a flat $8 shipping rate on all orders under $75 within the Continental United States.
What is your order processing time?
As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be immediately dispatched to our suppliers for order verification, quality check and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-3 days.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the US.
When will I receive my order?
For US-based deliveries we use our suppliers standard shipping methods which includes USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Products are usually shipped within 1-3 days after receiving your order, but some suppliers may take up to 6 - 7 days. Longer than average processing times will be noted in the product description. Shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes about 3-7 business days depending on the location of our manufacturer and your location.
If an item is made to order, the additional time it takes to be made and shipped will be noted in the product description.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. This email will contain a link which will direct you to the shipping partner's website so you may track the shipments progress. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
Additionally, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to receive tracking information.
Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
There will be times when you order more than one item on Kika Collective, that your order will ship in more than one shipment. To avoid unnecessary shipping materials and resources, Kika Collective has consciously chosen to ship most of our items directly from the manufacturer. We feel that this is a more eco-friendly way of shipping products as it avoids a shipment from a manufacturer to a warehouse and then having to be repackaged and then shipped back out again to the end customer.
Do you order rush shipping?
Kika Collective does not offer rush shipping at this time.
What about damages or errors?
We are here to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your order! If for any reason, your order arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction, we will ensure that you are refunded or that your items are replaced. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
Can I use multiple discount codes at one time?
We allow one code to be applied per order.
